⚠ To make the soaking syrup, if you do not want alcohol, use a fruit syrup with strawberry or raspberry.
Excellent recipe for a traditional French Fraisier cake. I had no issues making everything, and the video was incredibly informative and helpful. Just beautiful and delicious! I topped mine with a strawberry gele’e instead of marzipan, but everything else was the same. Thanks so much for sharing, and hopefully we’ll see some new videos again soon.
